By the standards of student houses, this one was very nicely furnished... something many noted when visiting the house from other houses... some of which were in the same price range (but a lot less luxurious than our Gingerbread Home).

We have lived in two Gingerbread Student Homes whilst studying here at Exeter University and I cannot recommend them enough!
The houses were both in amazing condition, fully equipped to everything we may need.
The team are always on hand to help with anything, any issues get sorted immediately and the communication is great.
They have made the last two years living in Exeter completely stress free.

Myself and 5 friends rented a house from Gingerbread Homes for our second-year University accommodation, we all enjoyed living there.
The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, well located, with decent sized bedrooms and had all the necessary amenities.
Lastly, having Gingerbread Homes as our landlord were amazing because they would resolve any problems that occurred very quickly which was always a great relief to us all. I know if we had any issues it would be resolved within a couple of days.
I would not hesitate in recommending Gingerbread Homes to anyone who wishes to rent a property within the Exeter area.

Gingerbread Homes have offered me everything I was looking for in my second year of my undergraduate degree. Alison and Ralph have always been only a message away.
