We specialise in letting house share properties to students. What makes us different?
We will keep your details safe. If you sign-up to our early-bird mailing list we will not pass your details onto anyone else. We’ll solely use them to email you the list of 2025/26 properties and rents in autumn 2024, before we add the information to our website. It gives everyone on our list the chance to sign up for one of our houses before it goes on general release.
Once all our houses have been let we will delete your details from our email software. Of course, if you enter into a tenancy agreement with us we will keep your contact information. Please see our privacy notice for more about this.

We maintain our houses to an extremely high standard, so you can focus on your studies and your social life, not worrying about dodgy wiring or a leaky roof.
The rent includes gas, electricity, water, 350MB broadband and a TV licence.
