What’s included in the rent?

The rent includes fast speed broadband, water and TV licence. An electricity and gas package is available as an optional extra.

The application process

1. Secure the house for yourself by paying the holding deposit (deducted from your overall rent due)
2. Complete the tenant application form 
3. Complete the right to rent checks 
4. Sign the tenancy agreement
5. Guarantor agreements need to be signed and returned. Please note that we require UK-based guarantors for all tenants

All these steps need to be completed within 14 days of commitment to the house.
