We have fantastic student houses in Homefield Road and Magdalen Road – two great Heavitree locations.
What’s Heavitree like?
Heavitree lies east of the Exeter city centre, with easy access to the M5 and the A30. From there it’s 45 minutes to Taiunton or 90 minutes to Bristol.
Exeter Central train station is on the line up to London Waterloo.
The high street has a Tesco and Co-op, plus a post office, pubs and takeaways.
If you’re after some green space, you’ll find the popular Heavitree pleasure ground behind Fore Street, with its summer paddling pools, children’s play park, skate park and tennis courts.
